Felixstowe Citizens Advice, who also provides advice in Woodbridge, has stopped all face-to-face interviews.
Their website www.citizensadvice.org.uk has lots of useful advice.
If anyone needs to talk to an advisor, phone 0300 330 9016 (currently mornings only, otherwise leave a message), or email email@example.com
As well as general advice about a range of issues, advisors also have information about local organisations that may be able to provide help.

Nourish cafe & Newbourne Farm have joined forces in an effort to support our community during this time of worry & uncertainty. As of 27th March we will be offering food boxes containing dry & fresh essential items for collection from Nourish Cafe on Friday afternoons, (perhaps include this in your daily exercise) We are currently working on a product list including meat, bread, cheese, milk, butter vegetables and store cupboard essentials which will be distributed around the villages of Newbourne, Hemley & Waldringfield but we need your help to do this. The lists will be available tomorrow morning from 10am at Nourish. Orders can be placed either via email or by popping it into the post box outside the cafe by 4pm Wednesday afternoon, and payment can be made through PayPal or bacs transfer. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We can make alternative arrangements for those who do not use email or online banking. Once orders have been received you will be given an allocated time to collect your order, we kindly ask that you bring along a bag, box or wheel barrow as due to health and safety, we are unable to reuse boxes at this time. We will deliver to anyone who is unable to, leaving the parcel on the doorstep & respecting social distance. Please bear with us whilst we trial this new service. We may run out of items & we may need to tweak things a bit but we will try our very best to make it as smooth & efficient as possible. Equally, we understand that there will be a quick turn around for this weeks delivery so if you are unable to get your order to us, we will do our upmost to help you, please just ask. The product list may change from week to week & as of next Friday we will be able to provide you with fresh bakes from Nourish cafe including sausage rolls, cheese scones and cakes, also homemade soup. Please share with anyone who lives in Newbourne, Hemley & Waldringfield villages, Waldringfielders etc, thank you
Stay at home & safe
